Fine Print: 2040 Consulting offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we DO NOT issue refunds for once the order is fulfilled and the product download link is sent. As a consumer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site.
UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE!

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regards to the character of the products we furnish. Therefore, we do honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:
Download and unzipping issues: You may have issues while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding to said issues must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason.

Product not-as-described: Said issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided, in order to prove that the product purchased, is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes WILL not honored.
Refund request can be submitted to Richard@2040consult.com within 1 week EXACTLY, after the product has been purchased. You should accompany this request with a clear and comprehensive explanation of why you are requesting for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use/Privacy Policy.
